Feed Production & BSF Farm Manager
AgricFusion is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Feed Production and BSF Farm Manager to oversee the production of high-quality feed for poultry, fish, and livestock using BSF larvae and other sustainable inputs. This role combines technical expertise with community engagement, involving collaboration with local farmers, councils, and government offices to promote sustainable farming practices and the distribution of AgricFusion’s feed products.
Hatchery Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced Hatchery Operations Manager to lead and manage operations at our state-of-the-art fish hatchery. The role involves overseeing broodstock management, coordinating fingerling production and distribution, engaging with local communities, and collaborating with councils and government offices to increase fish farming initiatives in the region.
Quality Control and Biosecurity Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control and Biosecurity Manager to oversee the operations of our fish and poultry hatchery. The role focuses on laboratory management, quality control, biosecurity, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This position will also involve engaging with local farmers, councils, and government agencies to promote sustainable farming practices and improve local fish and poultry production.
Business Development Manager (BDM)
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be the leader in charge of sales, marketing, and business growth at AgricFusion. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, aggressive sales skills, and the ability to develop new markets, create partnerships, and engage communities.
The BDM will be actively involved in every stage of the sales funnel, from marketing strategy to lead generation, closing deals, and ensuring client success. This is a hands-on role—the BDM will be expected to spend time in fish farms, interact with farmers, work with councils and government bodies, and drive online and offline marketing strategies.
